Conditional Text in emails

Dear Tuan,

please allow me another question. I have added the following tag
{ebShowText [HOWATTEND]=In person}

But the system does not recognise it. Shall I remove the space or is there another solution?

I don't see you have closing tag there? It should be something like

{ebShowText [HOWATTEND]=In person}This text should be shown if HOWATTEND field has the value In person {/ebShowText}
