I have added a customer field called breakfast with the values
Bacon Roll
Bacon & Sausage Roll
Is there a way to add a quantity box for each value ?

What's the field type of that field? Why don't you just create two Text field to allow entering quantity of each option instead ?

How can I make an area as below
Breakfast served at 8.30am in Yard
Please enter quantities required below

Please try to create two Text custom fields as I suggested. Then send me link to the registration form and explain how you want to change it. I will look at it and give you the answer
