Override Terms and Conditions for specific event was created by EllyZ
Hi Toine,
I would like to use the option to have specific Terms and Conditions attached to just one event. All other events use the default terms and conditions.
The default is set in the main configuration.
I would expect that if I set specific T&C in one event that this would override the default but it doesn't .
I found a solution to set T&C to NO in main configuration and then attach T&C per event but that's not workable for me as I have too many events published at this moment that use the default.
Can you help me with this?
It would also be ok if I could set T&C to NO for this specific event.
Regards Pip

Hi
Unless there is something special (are you using shopping cart ?), setup terms and conditions in the event will override the global configuration
If you cannot figure out, submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site, link to registration page which we can see this issue
I'm going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
Regards,
Tuan
