Tax Rules Not Working

Hello,
I have events in Canada and have set up tax rules for each province (set to all categories, all events and all are published). Simple Tax is set to No.
I expected that within the event registration form, when I chose a province, the tax amount would be added to the price. I'm also using Membership Pro and expected it to work similarly, listing the price, tax amount, total amount.
When I select a province, the price does not change and I have no total amount, I still just have the original price. Is it possible that I missed a step within EB regarding tax?
