Follow-Up-Mail an unterschiedliche Benutzergruppen

I send follow-up emails to participants after some events.
Since there are 3 different participant groups (sometimes more), I would like to use different text modules. I can't find any native if logic or dynamic text modules in email templates - i.e. no {if group_selection contains ...} tags etc.

I have tried using conditions, but so far no success. Is there anyone who has the same problem and possibly a solution?
