Registration approval without PDF invoice

Hello Tuan,

we are using "offline Payment" for our events.
The registrant can register to an event and receives the summary including the PDF invoice by mail.
The default registration status is "pending" and as soon as we see the invoice has been paid, we change the status manually to "paid"
To inform the registrant that the status has been changed I have adapted the email template "registration_approved_email_body"
However this email includes the PDF invoice, our registrants are confused because they receive the PDF invoice again.
How can I exclude the PDF invoice from this email "registration_approved_email"?
I tried to find the file to change it here /components/com_eventbooking/themes/default but I failed.

Hi Thomas

Right now, when registration is approved, the system will send invoice with PAID status again to registrants and not possible to exclude it. I will add a config option to allow not sending invoice, will update you when the option is implemented

I just had it implemented. You can download latest package, upgrade it to your site

Then go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Invoice Settings tab, set Send Invoice When Registration Approved config option to No and it will work as you want
