Shared capacity within ticket types?

I'm using ticket types which now allows me to sell multiple tickets on one page which makes me happy.

I can also use the discount rules which works well.

But with regards to capacity, I don't mind if they buy the early bird ticket or the main ticket, but the total capacity is the same.

if early bird doesn't sell, or only sells some, then the other capacity should increase.  

Is that possible somehow?

In this case, you do not need to setup Capacity for each ticket type. Just set Capacity for event = total quantity of all ticket types and it should work as you want
