Searchable county/state fields

Hey, it's kind of long-winded now-a-days to have a state or county field that is not searchable.  

Similar to the category field in Joomla core.

I'm sure this is a core Joomla field now-a-days, perhaps this is an easy-ish update?

For countries, it should be easy. But for state, I will have to find a solution because the states are filled automatically base on selected country using ajax, so we will need to find a way to have it auto-searchable
