Registrants showing up as UNPUBLISHED in the status column

Using latest Events Booking V5.03 and Registrants showing up as UNPUBLISHED in the status column.

Only some registrants show up as unpublished.  It's weird and can't figure out why they are getting auto unpublished.  

Do you know if we unpublish a event and then re-publish it, does it mark registrants as unpublished?

Unpublish event does not change registration records status, so it must be something else

What payment method you are using on your site to receive payment for registration? Maybe these registrants register, but did not make payment and that's the reason it is Pending ?

They are not using online payments as it's a private club and they manually bill them through their own system.

If a registration record show it's unpublished, when the member logs into our member portal and views their registrations, im assuming an unpublished event registration record won't show for them right, bc it's unpublished right?

If my client unpublishes an event and then re-publishes it, will that unpublish the registrant records?

We are using Community Builder for the member portal.
