Email Validation Rules

Hello,

Is there a way to enforce the use of a specific domain name for email addresses during registration? I work at a university, and we want to ensure that individuals use their institutional email addresses to register for our activities. If this is possible, could we also specify multiple authorized domains? We have two campuses, each with a different domain name for their email addresses.
