Front End Creation of Events - Cannot select a Location

We have given our events team the option to create Events on the Joomla Front end.
All works well except that when they try to select a Location, none of our Locations defined in the Locations show up?
We have 3 locations and in Permissions we do not allow the Event team to create new locations. However, they can't select existing locations?
If I log in to the Front End as Super User, I can create an Event and see the 3 locations we have defined.
My Question is, why can't the events team see and select a location, when I as a superuser can? They can see and edit all the other fields we have specified to be shown in the front end Event submission?
I can't see anything in the Locations where they are restricted via Joomla Access.
ANy Ideas

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show All Locations In Frontend Event Submission Form config option to Yes should solve your issue

Apologies, I missed that Configuration option!!!
I got confused as I could see the Locations when I logged in as a Super User, but could not see them when not logged in as Super User.
