Completed events do not disappear from the site.

I have a problem with displaying events that have already ended.
Globally, everything is set so that events that have already ended are automatically hidden. On the backend everything looks fine and the default filtering “hide past events” hides what has already ended. However, on the site these events are still displayed.

I am attaching a screen shot from the site and from the backend.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong or which settings are configured incorrectly.

Please help.
