Export Registrants how to restrict to a single event

I have been using Event Booking since 2022.  I swear that in 2022 and 2023 when I selected the current event and exported registrants I received and export for ONLY the registrants in the selected event.  Even if  it was a past event.

Now I get registrants for ALL Events, past and present even if I select the current event.  What am I doing wrong or did this change?

Please follow instructions below and you should be able to export registrants of selected event :

1. Go to Events Booking -> Registrants

2. On the events filter dropdown, select the event you want to export registrants

3. Look at Export button group in the toolbar, click on Export (XLSX) button

I guess it is not working as expected because you use a different method to export (select Registrants -> Export link in the sub-menu)

Hi,
In the past, when I exported registrants using the following methods, I could only extract the registrants for that event:
1. Events, click on the number of registrants, then click Export (xlsx) from the export menu
2. Registrants, then click Export (xlsx) from the export menu
While now, if I proceed with one of these operations, it extracts the registrants for all events.
Now, I'm forced to check the registrants for an event in the list to ensure the correct export.
This is a bit cumbersome because I have to be careful to activate the table view for all items each time, and then check all registrants.

I could not confirm the issue. If you select an event before pressing Export button, only registrants of that event will be exported. If it is exporting registrants of all events, something is wrong. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check directly on your site to see what's wrong and get it sorted
