Payment plugin status "paid"

Hello
I’m testing with Paypal in the sandbox mode, and want to buy another EB payment plugin later.
When I register for an event paying with Paypal and interrupt the payment process, the registration to the event is completed and EB shows the registration as “paid”.
Will this be the same with the payment plugin “EB Postfinance”?
Or does EB recognize, if a payment process was interrupted? For example in situations when a credit card is not valid or internet is failing?
Or is the status always “paid” as far as the client started the payment process?
It’s an important issue for us because we want to simplify the organization of events and not make additional controls of the payments in the bank account.

That's strange for me. Normally, if someone does not complete payment, the status of the registration should be Pending, not Paid as you described
If that happens, there must be something special on your site. Please submit a support ticket so that we can check to see why it happens on your site and guide you to correct it
