Default Value on Custom Field Not Working for First Registrant

Hi Tuan--

We are using several Radio Dial custom fields, each with their default values set on the respective Custom Field pages.  However, when the registration page opens, none of the default values are pre-selected for Registrant 1 but do appear properly selected for Registrant 2. Once manually selected, the Depends On Custom fields connected with each of those radio dial fields do appear properly, so that part of the process is still working. 

This problem seems to have occurred only recently--any ideas as to the cause??

1. Super user account of your site

2. Link to the page which I can perform registration

3. Tell me ID of the custom field which is having the issue

I'm going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
