Event Registrants List Buttons Have No Titles

I've noticed since updating to the newest Events Booking the Event Registrants page has no titles on the buttons for exporting, etc. This is evident in both Chrome & FireFox browsers (at least). Please see attached screen grab.
Is there a way to show the title of what the buttons are for?

These buttons are actually rendered by Joomla toolbar API, so I do not know why it does not contain title. Maybe it causes by some css conflict

Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page. We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
