No generate Tickets when i confirm the pay was created by Iñigo Cabrera Sánchez
Joomla version: 5.1.4
EB version: 5.0.0

When i confirm a registration not autogenerate the ticket and no send the ticket. My ticket setup is:Activate Tickets PDF: Yes
Send Tickets Via Email: Yes

I dont see the problem, can you help me please. thx

Could you please check the event and make sure Activate Tickets PDF is set to Yes inside the event? Just enabling it inside Configuration is not enough, you need to have it enabled for each event
