The emailreceived "Thank you" when someone registers for an event, in the subject of the message it is "Event Registration Confirmation" I want it to take the actual event title instead?

Go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, find user_email_subject . Change it to meet your need. You can use [EVENT_TITLE] tag in that email subject and it will be replaced with title of the event
