This page isn’t working www.website.co.za  is currently unable to handle this request.HTTP ERROR 500

I get this error message after the last update when I want to send out the Certificates to the attendees of the event.

When I go back, it shows that the certificates were sent. However, the registrants never received it.

Cannot see anything in the Logs.

Hello

Could you please go to System -> Global Configuration, set Debug System config option to Yes, then try again

The system should display stack traces on the error page. Send me screenshot of that page and I will guide you to check it further

Maybe we should discuss about this on a private support ticket

Regards,

Tuan

Hello Tuan

Switch on Server errors to display maximum, when I process the next batch of 20 certificates I get a completely blank white page. When I set the server errors to Simple, still get a blank white page.  When I set the error display to default, get the same error as before.

When I right-click and go back to the dashboard and select events booking/Registrants it shows the last page of 20 registrants and indicates that the certificates were sent. If I look at the email history, the certificates were sent and the registrants confirmed that they had received their certificates.

After completing this with all 20 pages of 20 registrants per page, I reset the display to show all, which it did display. I then exported the certificates as PDF and exported the Excel registrants list, without any issues.

When I reset the display to only show 20 registrants and got the following error:  An error has occurred.

Hi Wynand

1. About blank page issue:

- I think it might happens because there are too many certificates processed at once, and the system does not have enough resource (memory/time) to complete the process and it causes blank issue. Try to process a smaller number of certificate each time to see if it helps

2. About the SQL error:

Honestly, I do not know why it happens yet. However, after processing the download, please click on Registrants menu item in Events Booking to see list of registrants before change Display to 20 records per page. After doing the export, if you change number registrants per page, it will trigger the download again

So better, access to Registrants menu before doing any other actions after you processing download certificates

Thanks, Tuan. Normally I used 20 per page and it was not an issue.

Some have been sent, but others have not, although it shows that it was sent. I just wrote an email to all registrants who attended and asked that they email me if they have not received their certificate.

I will try using 10 next time and see how that goes.
