Event booking: custom field, file type not working

Dear Developer, 

We use Event booking 4.9.4 with Joomla 4.4.0. We added an event with a customized field with the file type, which will be used for registrant to upload a pdf file. But the file button in the registration form does not work. When we click the file button, no windows or text boxes are popped out to select a file. We used google chrome for browsing the webpage. Can you help us with it?

Look like there are javascript conflict causing this error. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of the site and link to registration form so that we can check and correct it?
