There are no events in the selected category

Hi All,

Newbie question, just installed Event Booking, and created a category and a 1st event in that category. The menu item shows the category and the message "There are no events in the selected category".

The event is definitely within the category in question so what am I missing?

(Site using Joomla 4 and the helix ultimate framework latest versions)

Maybe you forgot to publish the event? You can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page

I will check and tell you the reason

Good to speak to you again (it's been a while!) yes, that's exactly what I had not done. The publish option only exists within the list of events and not on the event itself - is that correct? (not used to that!)

It should be available on add/edit screen unless you decided to hide it. If you do not see it on add/edit event screen, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Backend Submit Event Form tab, set Show Published parameter to Yes (the fields on that screen are configurable, maybe you turned off that field)
