Status of registrants was created by Birdwaves Media
HI,
Is there a way to mark the status of the registrants? We would like to be able to mark them as
Accepted
Rejected
Withdrawn
Waitlisted

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks!

Hi

We do not support these registration status. So the only workaround is creating a custom field (set Access to Special) so that users cannot see the field to change the status

You can then change status of the registration record by changing value of the custom field

Tuan

Hi Tuan,
I created the custom field, and set it to Special as you said. I also set it to display on registrant management, and filterable. I created a new test registration and it doesn't appear on the registration page (as it shouldn't). I then went into the new registration and chose and saved one of the options: "accepted".
So far so good. But in the Registrant Management area, it shows the column for that custom field. But it doesn't show the option I chose (Accepted).
Any Ideas?

I have no idea. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell me ID of the test registration record you created so that I can check to see why value of that field is not being displayed ?

Regards,

Tuan
