Display first and last name columns in View Registrants list

I am trying to display a list of registrants on the frontend. When I use the "View Registrants" menu item the list does show, but it displays only the First Name of the registrant and the registration date.  How can I configure the list to also include the last name?  I am sure there is a configuration page, but I cannot seem to find it.

Basically, you can edit any custom field like last_name, organization, address...., set Show On Public Registrants List to Yes and it will be displayed
