Yes, of course. Assume you are using Joomla 4/Joomla 5. Just copy the file to administrator/templates/atum/html/com_eventbooking/registrants folder and do the modification from there

If you are using Joomla 3, then the folder is administrator/templates/atum/html/com_eventbooking/isis
