Language override for event catagory was created by Leah Shanley
Hi All
I need to change the text for the buttons - Individual Registration and Group Registration - for one 1 event (I have created a category for it). It is an international event and so it is unique. I do not want to edit the global translation in the configuration because our local events will be affected. Is it possible to create some kind of override for just one event category?
thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi Leah
There is a hidden tip allows you to use customized language item for each event. Assume ID of the event is 100, you can go to Events Booking -> Translation, add these new language items and set it to the value you want to use for that event:
EB_REGISTER_INDIVIDUAL_EVENT_100
EB_REGISTER_GROUP_EVENT_100
Please try to do that and let us know if you need help

Hi Tuan
The above worked for the individual registration but not for the group. Also when changing from common language to front-end, backend etc it generates a 403 forbidden error. I did run a permissions fix with Admin tools to rule out folder permissions and PHP was upgraded from 8.0 to 8.1 the day before. Tested event registration ok. EB was updated today to rule out version issues.
Any ideas?

Hi Leah
I have no clue why it is not working for group registration button. You can submit a support ticket so that I can help checking that
For 403 error, I would say that it causes by some security rule from hosting provider. You should contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check it

Tuan
