Check-in on Front End fails when selecting multiple registrants

Our Booking team are reporting a problem that when they select multiple registrants and then to book them in using the Check-in button it fails, and they say they get a 404 Error message. 
Just wondering if anybody else has had this issue.
I will try and set up a test event and see if I can re-create the problem. It would be useful to know if someone else has had the same problem or is it just our site?

This is a strange issue. So you should try to setup a test site and try to replicate the problem yourself. If there is a reliable way for us to see the problem ourself, submit a support ticket and we will be happy to take a look

I ran some tests myself without problem. The person reporting the problem to me mentioned seeing a 404 message. My thinking is that this is a HTTP 404 error message meaning a web page is not available, probably in this case due to bad internet connection rather than any problem within Event Booking. So I think the problem is on our site.
I will continue to monitor and update this thread if we find anything.
