Register button not working on mobile devices

HI, customer has reported that the Register button does not work on mobile devices. I have checked and can reproduce.

Could you please go to joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html , submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see that error? We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
