pagination and url

Looking to see how to get pagination. Not sure why it isn't on this page here  All Events (bostoneventguide.com)
But if I select a category on the left of that page like the first one:  Nightlife, Clubs & Bars (bostoneventguide.com)  it shows with pagination


How do I get calendar-month out of the url?

Is there a way to have it automatically create a link in a menu upon creation of an event?

I will first need to check your menu item setup because the URL to event is being built base on menu item structure. That's how Joomla routing works

So please submit a support ticket sending me super user account of your site so that I can check that and we can discuss about it further
