Creating a Weekly Event was created by Bing Crosby
Hello!  I'm still going through the learning process of Events Booking and am trying to figure out if it is possible to create a weekly event during a 4 month time frame.  I have a class that will take place every Thursday for 4 months.  I would like to avoid creating individual events for each day in question.

For that, you can use recurring events feature, see docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/basi...nts/recurring-events and docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/basi...kly-recurring-events for more details

Another option is using additional dates plugin docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/plugins/additional-dates

Very easy
Create Event, Set recurring setting to Weekly, Select the day ie Thu, Start Date and Date you want to repeat to end - see screenshot

    Thanks to both you and Tuan for assistance on this task. I did discover something I did not see in the docs: when choosing a weekly event, the "Repeat Until" date needs to be at least one day past the last event date. When I entered "Repeat Until" with the actual last event date, that date was not activated.

    So you still were not able to setup it yet? If so, please send us the screenshot of the data you entered in the recurring settings section and explain what is not working so that we can look at it and guide you further

    It is also available on frontend event submission. But you need to use default layout for submit event form, not simple layout

    Got it thanks! I needed to update both the Event configuration from simple to default, then also update the menu item to default. Much appreciated!
