Good evening,
I would like two emails to receive a notification when a registration is made.
It is in a category that I configure this possibility.
However, I note that only the first email receives the notification and not the second.
I place a comma between the two email addresses.
There was a time when it worked, but not anymore. I do not know what to do. Do you have an idea ?

Hello

Maybe it is because you setup different email in the event (Advanced settings tab on add/edit event screen). There are 3 places can be used to enter Notification Emails:

- In the event itself (highest priority)
- In category
- Notification Emails config option in Global Configuration (lowest priority)

Could you please check to see if it is applied in your case ?

I have tried everything.
On the other hand, I don't see where to find an email in the third possibility that you mention:
- Notification Emails config option in Global Configuration
I placed the two desired emails in the parent category and in all the subcategories attached to this parent category.
Is it a comma, which should separate each email?
I don't see how to resolve this situation.

You can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the registration form of that event
