There are several list view. Exactly what list view you are talking about? Maybe you can send me screenshot of that page so that I can guide you ?

Basically, you can edit the field, set Show On Registrants Management or Show On Public Registrants List to Yes and it should be shown

The result is different in the excel file, there are columns which are not in the parameters. Furthermore, is it possible not to have the lines corresponding to the cancellations?

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.
I would simply like to be able to remove the id, event, event date columns from the exported excel file. I would also like to remove the lines corresponding to a registration cancellation.
Is this explicit enough?

There is not an option to remove id and event from the export. For Event Date, you can set Export Event Date to No and it won't be exported

For cancellation date, set Export Registration Cancel Date to No

If you want to have a completely customized export, maybe access to Events Booking, then Setup -> Export Templates and setup an export template contains the data you want.

Finally, when running export, choose the customized export template. That should work for your need
