Upgrade Failed!!!

I followed the steps on the thread below and installed v1.2. I was logged into the the backend and permissions on all files were executable. Nothing is there after running the upgrade request in the browser.
Please assist

Also, in the com_eventbooking folder are two files, eventbooking.xml and LICENSE.php, but no directions where these should be uploaded to. These have not been uploaded yet.

Hi
As I replied in the support ticket, I asked you to send me administrator account so that I can do the upgrade for you . Will make a FAQ item for the upgrade the extension by sometime this week .
