Date display on the frontend

In configuration, I set my date format this way:

 

In the backend, I can see that this is applied:
 

On the frontend, however, it is displayed differently. How can I make it also visible on the frontend as it is displayed in the backend?
I use the extension JP CS Event Booking in the YooTheme Pro page builder to show my events on the frontend.

I'm afraid of that element is rendered by JP CS Event Booking, so you would need to contact the developer of that plugin and ask them this question

you can set the date-format inside the element where you map the date field (for example meta-text).
