Convert First and Last name to have first letter uppercase was created by Christopher Malley
Hi there,
Is there a way to automatically capitalize the first letter of their first and last name?
For example, when someone enters "john doe," their entry will be "John Doe" when the registration is completed.
Thank you.

You can edit the custom field, set Data Filter to Make first character Uppercase and it should work like that (if the customized version on your site hasn't touched that process yet)

Yes, that's correct. But It might not work on your site because I remember there was some override implemented related to process registration. But please give it a try

I believe I have an override preventing it from working correctly. I will submit a ticket.
