Hi, is it posible to retrieve data from people who failed in the payment proccess?
I can see several of them in my bank backoffice, but I dont know how to get to them. I am using Redsys pulgin.
Just to contact them and see what went wrong.
You can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show Incomplete Payment Records config option to Yes. Then you will see these failed payment records with Pending status and contact them if you want
