Dear Joomdonation!

The Membership Pro Content Restriction URL is not working in the "This section of the article is only available for our subscribers. Please click here to subscribe to a subscription plan to view this part of the article."  When I click on the link, it takes me to a blank page. What should I set so that the link takes me to the subscriber interface?

Hi Vivien

That's strange. Click on that link should redirect you to a page which you can subscribe for the required plan to access to that article

In this case, I need to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to that article page. Also, send me the link to the page which plans are being displayed on your site. I will check to see what's wrong with your setup and find a solution

Hi Vivien

1. I edited the plugin, set Redirect URL to the URL you created the plans (using pricing table layout, I do not remember the URL now)

2. I also had to implement a small override. Honestly, this kind of override should not be needed. It is a workaround for now, I will have to check the code in my extension to detect the redirection URL better

That override won't be lost when you update to future releases of the extension, so you do not have to worry about it

Regards,

Tuan
