Basic Price + Extras = New Total Price

Hi,

Basic prices are set for the events.
At certain events, I want you to have the freedom of choice to fill in a check box in the form, if the customer wants a extras in addition to the basic price package, i.e. basic price + the extras - should lead to a new total price if you fill in the check box. Is this possible and if so, how can this be achieved?
