Register individual + Guest

We have enabled the event to have Registration type
Both Individual and Group Registration
As the event caters for member and their guests

On the Frontend we have the selection to
REGISTER INDIVIDUAL
REGISTER GUEST

I was expecting to have
REGISTER INDIVIDUAL
REGISTER INDIVIDUAL + GUEST

The current Guest registration doesn't include the logon user

Also if the user select "Register Individual" and registers for the event.   When they go back into the event it indicate that "you are already for this event"
Is it not possible they can edit and add group registration.   We are call them Guest registration of the member.

Honestly, I don't understand the issue you are having. Only for the error you are already for this event, you can solve it by set Prevent Duplicate Registration setting to No (under Configuration of Events Booking or in event settings)

So if the member registers himself and a guest
Then wants to just cancel the guest is that possible as the current "Cancel Registration" seem to cancel both registrations.

That's right. Currently, there is no option to cancel registration for a group member
