Unfortunately, the format there is hardcoded. So if you want to change it, customization to the code will be needed

Please look at components/com_eventbooking/themes/default/calendar/weekly.php and do the necessary modification

Once the modification is done, please move the modified file to template override templates/template_name/html/com_eventbooking/calendar folder so that the change won't be lost when you update to future releases of the extension

I made the modification and it works fine but it was in the "default_calendar.php" file.
