payment via bank transfer was created by ALAIN TENENBAUM
Hello,
1-I would like for all my events, that participants pay via bank transfer. How can I settle this? I didnt find anything in the brochure.
2-Also I have many events, where the company getting the money from participants is different using too a different valuta ( USD for ex instead of CHF) than my company. Also the invoice should be done by other companies than mine. How to make this issue possible .
3-is there any tip so that any participant can convert directly from the event for ex in € into USD or £ or $
Thank you in advance

Hello Alain
1. You can use offline payment plugin, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...gins/offline-payment
2. Honestly, I don't know how the system could handle that kind of requirement
3. No, there is no option like that, unfortunately. Dynamic currency conversion is not supported
Regards,
Tuan

Hello Tuan,
Thanks for your helpful message. I have now another problem.
Each event has a different organizator and the bank datas are different for each organizator.Same for paypal
It looks that your software only allows one and unique bank datas for one organizator and that s for all events !
Have you a solution to resolve this issue please
Thanks in advance
Alain

Hello Alain
1. For each event, there is a parameter called PayPal Email (can be found in Advanced Settings tab of the event). You can enter the organization there and it will be used to receive payment for registrants of that event
2. For different bank account, you need to edit the event (from administrator area of your site), look at User Email Body (Offline Payment) and Thank You Message (Offline) and enter that specific message for the event there (contains bank account of organization) and it will be used instead of the global message

Hi Alain
As mentioned, you can edit event, look at Messages tab, enter data for User Email Body (Offline Payment) and Thank You Message (Offline) for that event
These messages could contain bank details for that event (which override the global messages, contain global bank account information)
Did you try to add the messages for event as I mentioned? Just copy the global messages, then change it to include bank details for that specific event would work

That's strange. For this, you can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page which I can register and see this error so that I can check it
