After some time I finally have a ticket design and the QR code.  Is there anywa to have an email sent automatically with an attachment to all those people that have the QR scanned as confirmation of their attendance to an event?

Some of our events offer CPD points so we want to email all those who do attend the CPD points in an email

Currently, we do not send email when a registrant is checked in. I will consider supporting it in the future
