2nd offline payment plugin

I would like to install a second offline payment plugin. I came across this entry:  Offline Payment | Events Booking Documentation (joomservices.com) .
However, when I try to install the file os_eb_offline1.zip, I get an error message that the XML file cannot be found. The same happens with the other files provided.
There's not that much you can do wrong when installing a file. Apparently I did.

Go to Events Booking -> Payment Plugins to install and it should be installed properly

I guess you installed the plugin via Joomla Extensions installation and that's the reason it is not working
