Hi,
I know my site is out of date,  If I update will that resolve the captcha issue?

As replied via email, I switched your site to use invisiable recaptcha and it looks good now

Please check to see if it works well for you. It's not a problem with Events Booking but with the recaptcha in general. The "I'm not a robot" Checkbox is not working anymore

As per my email, I am getting past the captcha now, which is great, but am getting an "Invalid verification code entered" error message.

Hi Joy

As mentioned, look like there is some changes in Google Recaptcha recently and it causes the error

For the time being, maybe disable captcha in Events Booking or installing a different captcha plugin extensions.joomla.org/tags/captcha/

Regards,

Tuan

There has been mention on various forums that Mootools needs to be disable, if that helps in troubleshooting.

The extension actually does not use Mootools. So if that's the case, it is used by something else on your site. There is a plugin extensions.joomla.org/extension/mootools-enabler-disabler/ allows you to disable mootools if it is needed

This seems to fix the issue:

comment out line 63 to remove Mootools in "./libraries/cms/html/behavior.php"

Thanks Dryfive for the information. After removing, please check and make sure the page is still working as expected

(There might be something on the page depends on mootools)
