Event registration and cancel registration messages and links was created by Anita Bachmann
Hello
There are some topics in registration and cancel registration where I didn't find a solution.
1) Group registration: cancel registration for one group member only?
If the billing person cancels the registration, there are canceled always the registrations of all group members.
Is there a possibility that the billing person can cancel the registration of one group member?
2) Group registration: message group_member_email_body
The email is sent to the registered group member with the entered information as expected. As we need to be able canceling the registration of only one group member, I tried to put the tag [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK] in the message group_member_email_body. I see that this tag isn't in the list of available tags for the message and so it doesn't work.
Is there a possibility to send this link to the group member?
To recap 1) and 2): Our problem is, that groups can't cancel the registration for only one person.

3) Use ebShowText in confirmation page doesn't work
In the message registration_cancel_ confirmation_message we want to show a text only for a certain member category and tried to put this tag:
{ebShowText [MEMBER_CATEGORY]=Firmenmitglied}text...{/ebShowText}
It doesn't consider the tag as a condition and shows the text like this:
{ebShowText Firmenmitglied=Firmenmitglied}text...{/ebShowText}
We are using ebShowText already in the message group_member_email_body where it works perfectly.
Are there any restrictions of using ebShowText?

4) Cancel link in email: Cancel button cancels the registration
The registrant opens the cancel link of the confirmation email [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK]. Then he decides not to cancel and selects the cancel button. This button does the same like the process button, means the two buttons do the same.
Joomla 4.4.0
EventBooking 4.6.1
Thank you and best regards
Anita

Hi Anita
1 and 2: It is not possible to cancel registration for a group member, unfortunately. You can only cancel registration for whole group
3. Conditional text is supported on thank you page. I do not know why it is not working on your site. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error so that we can check it. And please make sure you are using latest version 4.6.1 of Events Booking, too
4. We only have a button there, not two buttons. Maybe a bug in earlier version which was fixed. Please first update to latest version and check it again
Regards,
Tuan
