Trying to get the worldPay plugin working right.
I have run a transaction though WorldPay in TEST mode, and the WorldPay site reports that the test payment was successful, and I get a confirmation email from the worldPay site OK. So far so good.
BUT - in the WorldPay site, once I get the "payment successful" page up, it's at a dead-stop. There's no-where else to go, no links back to my site. also, the registration is not showing in Eventbooking.
Help!!!
driving me crazy trying to find how to solve this!
Regards

It seems that the registrants list doesn't show unpublished items. If I go into the database, and manually edit a registrant to 1, it shows on the list. If I then unpublish the registrant by clicking on the tick - they can't be seen again whatever I try!

We need to do an additional settings in Worldpay. Please follow this instructions :
Login to merchant account at worldpay, edit the installation, in the Payment Response URL textbox, enter http://YOUR_SITE_URL/index.php?option=com_eventbooking&task=payment_confirm&payment_method=os_worldpay, for example, joomdonation.com/index.php?option=com_ev...t_method=os_worldpay
After making this settings, everything should work fine .
Thanks,
Tuan

Thanks for the fast reply.
Yes, this solved the problem. Registrants paying through WorldPay are now showing correctly in the site. (Did I miss this in the documentation - I didn't see it anywhere).
One users have paid, though, WorldPay doesn't redirect them back to my client's site, so they have to reload the site. Am I right in thinking that this is a WorldPay thing?

Yes, this is one of the limitation of Worldpay and Event Booking has no way to alter it .
Thanks,
Tuan

That's a shame that a limitation in the worldPay services makes the user experience not so good in what is otherwise a superb Joomla extension.
I was thinking... how about an option to open the WorldPay payment page in a new window?
I tried it by hand-modifying your code and it works, though the user has to confirm, if they have a pop-up blocker running (so, again, not ideal). Also the "Please wait while passing to worldPay message could include a "press here to continue when payment is completed" button to return to the event booking.
Just a thought, but thanks for your prompt support!

I think you may be able to help me (I can't get hold on Tuan)...How have you got your document seller to link to worldpay? Mine stops at the "process" button front end and just shows a 500 error... I'm franticly trying to sort this. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
Matt
