Hi,
On our installation of Event booking in Joomla 4, we find that email notifications 
- are sent out when a user cancels their own booking
- are NOT sent when an admin / event leader cancels the users booking 
Help?

In your example, exactly what admin/event leader cancel the user booking? Please let me know so that I can understand the workflow and check it further

Thank you Tuan,
In our example, the user booking is cancelled in the front end by a manager level user (i.e. not a super user) on the manage registrants page

Step 1 - a user registers for an event
Step 2 - a user with admin rights logins to the frontend and navigates to event booking - manage registrants page in the front end. They then see a list of bookings, and they can cancel bookings from here. However, when done this way, there are no 'registration cancellation' emails triggered (I have checked the email logs of event booking)
