Using 'Refund' Facility with Stripe

Using 'Refund' Facility with Stripe was created by David Unwin
We have recently installed os_stripecheckout plugin
We want to test the Refund facility as described in the docuementation
eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/registr.../refund-registration .
However when I go into the Backend Admin panel, I do not see the REFUND button as described in the documentation? See my screen shot
I am using Stripe in Sandbox mode at the moment. I assume this should not affect the use of Refund?
A couple of other questions.
1) Is there something i need to do to activate this button? There does not appear to be a plugin associated with Refunds.
2) if we have to cancel an event or cancel a registration, I assume you have to refund each registrant manually, is this correct?
3) I assume Refund and Cancel are mutually exclusive. So if you refund a registrant, he/she would not be automatically cancelled, you have to cancel manually. Is that correct?
