Tag [TAX_RATE} format showing incorrectly on EB Invoices

Tag [TAX_RATE} format showing incorrectly on EB Invoices was created by David Unwin
We have been asked by our accounting team to display the tax rate we are using on all invoices
We have amended the Invoice to include the [TAX_RATE} tag on the Invoice
We have also done this on Membership Pro.
Both EB and MP we set the tax rate to 20.00
On MP the tag shows as 20.00%
However on EB it shows as 20 with no decimal point, decimals or percentage sign. See screen shot
I can't see anywhere in the EB configuration where the format of Tax rate is set.
Is this a bug or is there somewhere to set the format of the [TAX_RATE}?

Hi Tuan,
I have downloaded and installed the new version.
The Tax Rate now shows as 20.00. (see screen shot) However the Percentage sign does not show, unlike the tax rate in Membership Pro which shows as 20.00%
It is no a problem I can add the percentage sign in the Invoice, but it would be nice if both Tax rates in EB and MP were the same
