Events Booking - Field [ITEM_NAME] - where does data come from? was created by David Unwin
We have made a change to to EB top provide more data in our Stripe Payment Checkout
We have modified Translation Field EB_EVENT_REGISTRATION
It now has the fields
[FIRST_NAME] [LAST_NAME] - [EVENT_TITLE] [EVENT_DATE_DATE] [EVENT_DATE_TIME] Registration
Using this means we have this in the Description field in Stripe and it works fine (see screen shot)
When we send our invoices we include a field [ITEM_NAME] (see screen shot)
When we produce the invoice [ITEM_NAME] gives the following
"David Unwin - 7am Lane Swim [EVENT_DATE_DATE] [EVENT_DATE_TIME] Registration"
So it looks like [ITEM_NAME] picks up [FIRST_NAME] [LAST_NAME] - [EVENT_TITLE]
from EB_EVENT_REGISTRATION field but it can't translate [EVENT_DATE_DATE] and [EVENT_DATE_TIME]
So my question is: Does [ITEM_NAME] pick up EB_EVENT_REGISTRATION or does it get data from other fields??
There is no indication in the documentation

Kind regards
David

In invoice, [ITEM_NAME] still uses EB_EVENT_REGISTRATION. However, it only support several tags there:
- [EVENT_TITLE]
- [EVENT_DATE]
- [FIRST_NAME]
- [LAST_NAME]
- [REGISTRANT_ID]
Regards,
Tuan
