Attachements

Can anyone tell me if there is a way of assigning attachments to events or even better different attachments to different events?

I would like to add event details to the evnets as an attachemtn that can be down loaded when the person has booked. It woul dbe good if this could be done as part of the email system on booking.

Right now, this feature is not available yet. However, I think you can solve it by uploading the file to your server, and then provide the link to the file in the user email message config option .

When users receive the confirmation email, they can click on the link in the message in to download the file, It is the easiest way.

I will consider adding this feature (send the file as an atacchment in the email) in the next release of the extension .

Has this feature been added yet?

I want a system so that when someone books and pays for a physical event, the confirmation email will automatically send them details including their event ticket/registration for them to print out and bring with them.

Also can you set the number of tickets available so that it will not allow booking when 'Sold Out'?

=> Yes, it was implemented. For each event, you can choose a file attachment for this event. When someone register for the event, the attachment file will be sent to him in the confirmation email .

=> Yes, you can set the capacity for each event. When number of registrants for that event reaches the capacity, people won't be able to register for that event anymore !
